1. Service Area Structure

Additional Fees may be present depending on location of service.

2. Policies

• If inclement weather (rain, lightning, etc.) makes it unsafe or impractical to perform service, we will reschedule at no extra cost.
• We reserve the right to cancel.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for reasons including but not limited to: unsafe work conditions, abusive behavior, or excessive vehicle neglect.

• All prices and policies are subject to change without notice.
• Final pricing may vary depending on:
• Vehicle condition
• Special requests
• Labor intensity or time requirements
• All fees will be confirmed before starting the job.

• If you are unhappy with the results, notify us within 24 hours and we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue.
• After 24 hours, all sales are final.

• We are not liable for:
• Pre-existing damage (scratches, rust, dents, etc.)
• Failures from aftermarket parts or modifications
• Issues revealed or worsened during the detailing process

5. Payment Terms

• Full payment is due upon completion.
• Accepted payment methods: Cash, Credit/Debit Card, Mobile Apps (Zelle, CashApp, Venmo).
• 5% late fee applies to balances not paid within 7 days.

6. Photo & Video Release

• We may document vehicles with photos/videos for:
• Quality control
• Portfolio/marketing purposes
• No personal or identifying information will be shared without your written consent.

7. Recurring Services

Clients who book bi-weekly or monthly services may qualify for special pricing. Details and discounts will be outlined in a separate agreement.
